SPECS:
1) Operator 1 - Black Male - age range 30-35
2) CIO - Female - East Asian/Chinese/Japanese/Korean/Filipina - age range 45-55
3) Employee 1 - Female - White or ethnically ambiguous - age range 24-30
4) Employee 2 - Male - South Asian/Indian - age range 40-49
RATE: INCLUSIVE OF AGENCY FEE - Speaking Role (accents welcome!) - TALENT MUST HAVE VALID PASSPORT
Session Fee -$750 CADWardrobe Fitting Fee -$100 CADTravel/Hold Days - $325 CAD / per dayUsage fee - 1 year- $6,000 CADAirfare, hotel, transport to airports, per diem (80,00 CAD) provided
Services: Shoot days, up to twelve (12) hours in length each; including right to film, record, and photograph both live action and still imagery in connection with the campaign. Rehearsal days paid out at rates below where applicable.
Materials: Unlimited materials in connection with the campaign, includes all lifts, edits, versions and translated language versions.
Media: • All moving media - TV, Internet, CTV, Social/Digital/New Media/Podcasts, Industrial
(including cinema), and PR. In addition, Agency may retain file copies of the Materials for
use, during and after the Initial Term and Option Term (if any), in any manner or media
anywhere in the world, as frequently as Agency and Client shall determine, at sales
meetings and for intracompany, research, file, reference, publicity (including, without
limitation on Agency’s reel, website and social channels), and award purposes.
• Non-broadcast digital still image – digital, social, industrial, OOH.
Exclusivity: not requested/no conflicts
Territory: Worldwide
Term: 1 year from date of first exhibition
Option Terms:
• Option 1 – Option to renew another term at original usage fee + 10%.
USE FEE RATES
Session/basic studio fees and use fees to be estimated separately. Talent to receive use fees IF they appear in final commercial, recognizable as featured performer; use fees to be paid upon first public exhibition/airdate.
CASTING LOCATION: Toronto
SHOOT LOCATION: Mexico
CALL BACK DATE: Friday May 3rd on Zoom
SHOOT DATE: May 14th/15 or 16th (travel 13th and fly home day after shoot)
