    Usage: Film - Global buyout. Digital, social and retail usage. 1-year of usage rights --OCP/extras, music, and VO with option to extend usage rights for one more year and add category exclusivity: instant photography.

    Photography - Global buyout. Digital, social and retail usage. 1-year of usage rights with option to extend 1 year and 4 years for a total of 2-years and 5-years usage rights
